Privacy Policy

Demo Environment Notice: This service (ourserverai.com) and the documents below are provided for demonstration purposes only and carry no legal effect. Do not upload sensitive business materials or personal information. All stored data may be deleted without notice. Formal agreements and policies will be established separately upon product adoption.

Article 1 (Purpose and Nature of Service)

  1. This policy sets forth the standards and procedures to protect users' personal information processed in this service (ourserverai.com) and safeguard their rights and interests.
  2. This service is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes and is not a commercial work repository.
  3. Users must not upload actual business materials or files containing personal information of third parties.

Article 2 (Items Collected)

  1. At signup: Email address and password are collected. Passwords are saved as irreversible values.
  2. Optional after signup: Industry, role, and team size may be provided; this can be skipped.
  3. Generated during use: Conversations, uploaded files, created notes, folders, assistant memories, and activity logs (who changed what and when) are collected.
  4. Automatically generated upon access: Access logs are recorded.

Article 3 (Domestic Processing of Service Data)

  1. Service data generated during use, including conversations, uploaded files, and notes, is processed exclusively within South Korea and is not transferred abroad. However, account-related email transmission is transferred overseas pursuant to Article 4.
  2. The AI model generating responses operates on domestic servers directly managed by the operator (KT KORNET network).
  3. User conversations and files are never sent to external AI vendors or third-party companies.
  4. Storage and retention of service data are also conducted entirely on the same domestic servers.

Article 4 (Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information)

The operator entrusts the processing of personal information overseas for email transmission as follows:

  1. Items of personal information transferred: Recipient's email address, and the subject and body of outgoing emails (signup confirmation links and password reset links are included in the body).
  2. Country, timing, and method of transfer:
    • Countries: United States (personal information processing by the trustee) and Japan (email sending region selected by the operator: Tokyo).
    • Timing: At the time of sending account-related emails, such as signup confirmation and password reset.
    • Method: Transmitted to the trustee's sending system via the internet.
  3. Recipient of transfer: Plus Five Five, Inc. (service name: Resend / contact: ).
  4. Purpose of use and retention/use period of recipient:
    • Purpose of use: Sending entrusted emails and managing transmission logs.
    • Retention period: Deleted within 90 days after the contract ends.
  5. Method, procedure, and effect of refusing transfer:
    • Method and procedure: Requests may be submitted through the in-service contact page (/contact). Existing accounts can be deleted through account withdrawal.
    • Effect of refusal: Because signup is completed only after accessing the link sent by email, users who refuse transfer cannot complete registration.

Article 5 (Purpose of Use)

The operator uses collected information only for the following purposes:

  1. User identification and account management.
  2. Providing AI assistant responses and task functionalities within this service.
  3. Service stability monitoring and access log management for demonstration.

Article 6 (Retention and Deletion)

  1. Conversations and uploaded files are deleted after 90 days.
  2. When a user requests account deletion, access is immediately revoked, and linked materials are destroyed after 30 days. The user may cancel the request within 30 days to reverse the deletion.
  3. Access logs are retained for 1 year and then deleted.
  4. Expired data is permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods.
  5. Activity logs are retained without deletion to verify service changes and operational actions. However, information identifying the user is masked, and the original address cannot be recovered from the masked value.

Article 7 (User Rights)

  1. Users can view, edit, or delete their own data at any time within the service interface.
  2. Users can request account deletion at any time, which immediately deletes all related data together, except for activity logs under Article 6, Paragraph 5.
  3. In the event of a dispute regarding service use or personal information processing, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through mutual consultation. Pursuant to Article 10 of the Terms of Service, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and if a lawsuit is filed because an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court having jurisdiction over the operator's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of first instance. Requests to exercise privacy rights, including access, correction, or deletion, as well as related inquiries, are received via the in-service contact page (/contact) and processed without undue delay.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

  1. Passwords are transformed into irreversible values and stored securely.
  2. All data and AI models are maintained on dedicated domestic servers directly controlled by the operator.
  3. Data is kept strictly within on-premises domestic servers without transmission to external clouds or external AI services.
